Everyone gathered ready to go at 5:30 for a quick mosey to the upper pavilion. QIC in last day wearing boot so took a few min to arrive.

Following the music theme of the month QIC decided to add music from the Mississippi Delta where he is from. The board of pain blues… Each song had a 100 rep excersize and an amrap for those who completed before the song was over.
