Feeling pretty good after my first post in a while at Firehouse, I decided to pick up Q at SL and meet up with Script Kiddie for a ruck BD and to catch up.
Warm-O-Rama:
No warmup, we went straight from the pre-ruck to the ruck.
The Thang:
We rucked with a pretty good pace around downtown Dawsonville and caught up.
