Preamble:

The Q was open and I decided that too much fun was being had at the Firehouse so I jumped on the opportunity to rain on their parade.

Warm-O-Rama:

Short Mosey then the usual SSH, WMH, Weed Pickers, Scorpions, and Copperhead Merkins.

The Thang:

Mosey to the dark field and open with Burpee Apocalypse.  Followed by 3 rounds of 4 corners.  Corner one 10 deep squats Corner two 10 hand release merkins Corner three 10 Single leg RDL Corner four 25 cumming count flutters 3 wolverine tole after each corner Short indian run around parking lot followed by 3 minutes of mary.

Un said prayers and lots of gratitude.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Great fun to bring the heat and lead at the Firehouse.  Coffeteria at the pavilion lasted until around 7:30.  Always a pleasure to lead.
