Preamble:

YHC thought today was going to be a KTLO BD since there were only 4 HCs, but was pleasantly surprised to see a bunch more PAX at the flag! We even had a d/r pax (Spotlight from STL) who made it to Grindstone, but could not stay for the BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

We moseyed to the tag office parking lot and warmed up with SSH, WP, WMH, SG  

The Thang:

Today’s BD plan was simple.  Two sets of routines that combined core, cardio and strength. First we went to the picnic area by the tag office for some 11s.  Absolutions on the bottom; burpees at the top. Next, we picked up a coupon and lined up at the bottom of the curved parking second routine was thrusters at one end, BLIMPS (bbsu, lunge, ic, mercan, plank jack, squat) at the other, with a slow mosey in between all pax got up to Plank Jacks.  A few completed the full cycle. and just like that, it was time to head to the flag.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Of the 9 pax at GS today, less than half  (CC, HM, Hammer, Klinger?) were with F3 a year ago.  Nice work in getting the message out and bringing new pax in!
