Warm-O-Rama:

No warm-o-rama today. Jumped straight into it!

The Thang:

Snowman solo’d the pre run, gracefully removing all the cobwebs along our trail. Baskins and Air Jordan hit the Greenway for the run. The rest of us followed with rucks. Ruckers turned after 30 minutes and performed a series of air squats, monkey humpers, and lunges before starting back to the flag. Runners ended with hill sprints and met up at the flag.
