Preamble:

The gloom was gloomy with fog. Setting the scene for an intense beat down.

Warm-O-Rama:

We mosied to the fountain for SSH, Moroccan Nightclubs and Hill Billies.

The Thang:

Pearl Jam was onstage at City Center where we gathered front stage. The 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off timer was set and we did 4 rounds of each exercise below. Burpees/Butt Kicks Bonnie Blairs/Fast Feet Skaters/SSH Mtn Climber/LBCs  

COT:

Hold Olaf accountable for the rest of the year. Goal is 4 workout/runs a week. 2nd F at Uncle Shucks on Sunday at 2pm.
