Warm-O-Rama:

Jog out the parking lot and around to the bottom of the staircase, then circle up for:
  • 26 SSH to celebrate the Wolfpack's win over the cheating Tarholes
  • 26 standard merkins for the same reason
  • Good Mornings
  • Weed Pickers
  • 1 Chaotic Merkin (actually 2 for YHC)

The Thang:

Mosey over the the speed bump for a Jacob's Ladder: Bernie Sanders up the "hill" for an ascending number of burpees. In between, jog back down to the speed bump for a Chaotic Merkin. PUT6 when you're done. Bunny hop up the stairs and over to the closest field house bleachers. Split into 2 groups - group 1 for a set of 10 Whirybirds (box jump followed by a jump down and burpee) while group 2 does some speed Mary work, then flap jack. Jog up to the parking lot for some more upper body work (you'll thank me later):
  • 20 Irkins, Dirkins, and Dips, followed by a trip around the pickle
  • 15 Irkins, Dirkins, and Dips, followed by a trip around the pickle
  • 10 Irkins, Dirkins, and Dips, followed by a trip around the pickle
  • 5 Irkins, Dirkins, and Dips, followed by a trip around the pickle
Jog back up and around to the flag for COT

Naked-Man Moleskin:

  • This was my 2nd post at The Phoenix this week. How, you may ask, is that possible? I was DR in Charleston on Monday where ironically there is an AO named The Phoenix there.
  • In another ironic twist of fate, we had a downranger with us today from Charleston, Razor, who regularly posts there.
  • I learned a couple of new tricks there that I was hoping to show off - namely the Whirlybird. It is much better performed on a wall or higher bench than the bleachers we were forced into. Will have to try those again somewhere.
  • The Chaotic Merkin is another one, but I know Swiper has done a version of that before here. But I like it, and today will not be the last time I use it in a Q
  • Razor seemed genuinely stunned by the Cumming Men Eating A.S.S. Challenge announcement. There is a good chance he may not be back, lol
  • I think Bucket may also be questioning his life choices
  • It was an honor to lead you men today. Thanks for following and for working hard.
