Preamble:
Finishing up with my Birthday Week Q extravaganza at the Mine was a great way to end an awesome week and bring in 37! I had planned to bring back My VQ workout with all the equipment and extra accessories associated with it; however, the weather led me to make a last-minute Pivot. To avoid any injuries due to weather and poor conditions for planned workout, I made a 4:40 AM update to classic beat down with cinders. This was my first attempt at a BD on the fly.Warm-O-Rama:
After a wet Pre-run by 7 Pax we grabbed our Cinders and headed to the DRY pavilion. Got right into warm up with 37 IC SSH, followed by IC weed pickers, IC good mornings, quad stretches, tow touches, 26 standard Merkins, 10 copperhead squats IC.The Thang:

NLB BD & Breakfast, ASS Eating Challenge 3/31; Hill Seaker; Concord Church Car Show. Prayers for DDOS procedure and Baby about to be here, Other Expecting Pax, Guidance to do what's right Temptation is not a matter of if—it’s when.Real question isn’t whether temptation will show up, but whether we’re planted deeply enough to recognize it and strong enough to resist it. 1 Corinthians 10:13: “No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” The way out doesn’t magically appear in the moment. We recognize it because we’ve trained ourselves to see it. A man grounded in Scripture and prayer has a filter—he can spot the danger sooner and avoid walking into situations that never needed to happen in the first place.
