30/30 at The Mine

Preamble:

Warm weather calls for 30/30s

Warm-O-Rama:

PAX moseyed TJ the old spot where we planted the flag for SSH, Good Mornings, Weed Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, and Michael Phelps OYO

The Thang:

PAX moseyed to the football field and started in the corner. Making an X on the field, we performed reps of 20 of an exercise at each corner, ran to the center of the field to deposit 10 merkins, and kept repeating. Exercise were BBS, Squats, American Hammer (CC), and RDL (SC). Once we got close to time, we moseyed back to the flag for a jump rope Double Under challenge until time. 
For the 30/30, we then got our coffee/drinks and went to the pavilion for deep conversation on Good Friday and “Stand Firm and Act Like Men.”
