Black Water Pickup

Preamble:

Ma Bell originally had the Q, but unfortunately he needed someone to pick it up so he could be with his dad in NC. Continued prayers for him and his family after hearing of his dad's passing. 

Warm-O-Rama:

PAX warmed up in the parking lot with some SSHs, Weed Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, Hillbillies, and Michael Phelps OYO. We then moseyed to the parking deck stopping for 10 merkins at every tall light post on the left (ended up being 60 or 70).

The Thang:

Once at the parking deck, we performed a ladder increasing each exercise rep by 5 as we made our way up to the top.  Up the ramps, we backpedaled halfway then mosey to the top. And on the straight-aways, we side shuffled, switching directions halfway. Exercises were:

5 Merkins

10 BBS

15 Air Squats

20 Lunges (Single Count)

25 SSHs

30 American Hammers (SC)

35 Mountain Climbers (SC)

Once all PAX reached the top, we circled for a round of Monkey Humpers with the necessary monkey grunts once finished with our reps. 

We then made our way down the stairs and to the big parking lot for a quick game of ultimate frisbee (from a frisbee found on the prerun) where turnovers resulted in 5 merkins and giving up a score resulted in 3 burpees. 

Time ran out and we moseyed back to the flag.

Prayers for Tsunami's parents as his mom came home and dad continues to adjust, for Ma Bell and his family with the passing of his dad, Dumpster's mom, Roadhouse's wife, my dad.
