Preamble:

Another perfect morning in the gloom.  The moon and stars were bright and shiny and so were the PAX for the first Firehouse BD in October.

The Thang:

Went to the field and utilized the 4 corners.  Did 15 reps of an exercise, then ran to the next corner, 15 of a new exercise, run to the next corner etc. We did: Merkins, Squats, Shoulder Taps, Calf Raises, Burpees, WWII setups, Mountain Climbers, Leg Raises, Plank Jacks, LBC's, Hand Release Merkins (aka Hands Free Merkins), Alabama Prom Date, Hip Thrusters, Electric Bike, J-LOs, Rosalitas, Some crazy thing Glitter does with his troops that is virtually impossible but involves flipping and spinning, Peter Parkers, Clap Merkins (aka Americans with the clap aka Marines).  There may have been a couple more but I cannot remember them.
