YHC had in mind to do some Plyo work for leap day but decided to go the route of kettlebell work today and save the Plyo for another time.

We completed sets of 10 reps of all the below and after each complete round we took a lap around half of the parking lot, we got in 3 full rounds and some mary at the end.
