Preamble:

Our former site Q, LiMu, has been MIA for multiple months despite our attempts to reach out and even leave him with the much dreaded #NoOYO cinder and flag.  Seeing as he lives less than a 1/2 mile from the AO he was forewarned that like it or not, we would be travelling to his driveway for our beatdown today, taking EH to a new level...

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

Mosey to LiMu's house, with one stop on the way to pick up the 6 and do 10 merkins in cadence Line up in front of LiMu's driveway and divide into 2 groups of 5 for a series of sprints up the street, starting with 10 sprints for ~100 yards.  Rest time is while the other group is running. After 10 100 yard sprints (5 down & 5 back), pax completed a series of exercises, all X 10 in cadence.

  • Shoulder press
Return to groups of 5, but move up ~25 yards to the red bush (just for Wideright).  All pax complete 8 75 yard sprints, with same structure as the set of 10. Repeat the exercises for 8 reps each Return to groups of 5, but move up ~25 yards to the speed limit sign (Blue was warned not to exceed 25 MPH on his sprints but disobeyed).  All pax complete 6 ~50 yard sprints, with same structure as the set of 10. After completing sprints pax picked up the layers they had shed and began to mosey back to the flag at the flag, to much groaning, pax were instructed to do 13 burpees, which they did and were rewarded with the last 5 minutes of the BD being just some much needed stretching

COT:

Continued prayers for Drainhole's M Marisa as she begins a new round of Chemo tomorrow, as well as Freeloader's MIL Patty, and Wideright's good friend Robin as she fights brain cancer. Praise to Percy on the mend from his scary medical bout, and prayers to him and his M as they prepare to welcome their 3rd 2.0. Also, very happy to report that LiMu did show up for Coffeteria to return the #NoOYO flag and cinder, as well as to report that he has been on a special assignment at work that requires him to be in Alpharetta by 7 AM. However, he did say he was going to get back to a new schedule soon. Invited him to Bagelicious and meat fest for Saturday.
