Still in the 30's, so we all agreed that we're ready for the warmer weather beatdowns. Should be just around the corner.
Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed to the parking lot near the park entrance and did some Willie Mays Hayes, Imperial Walkers, Good Mornings and Weed Pickers.
The Thang:
Moseyed to the parking lot near the pickleball courts. Started with 5 burpees, moved to the corner near baseball field, 10 merkins, ran to top of parking lot 15 smurfjacks, ran across parking lot and did 20 lbc's. Ran back to starting point and it again, this time we did 10-15-20-25. Did it one more time for 15-20-25-30.
Moseyed back to football field, stopping to grab a medium coupon.
Starting at mid-field sideline of football field. 20 bent over rows; ran across field did 20 chest presses; ran down sideline to endzone did 20 curls; ran to other side of endzone did 20 overhead presses. Ran back to starting point. Did same thing over this time for 25 each time.
Did some leg raises, dips and inclined push-ups on the bleachers. Finished with plank for remaining minute.

Reach out to your friends and loved ones, even the ones that seem to be doing fine. Over the last couple of weeks, I've heard about real challenges that friends are dealing with that we had no idea about until the situation has gotten very bad. This has hit me a few times over the last couple of weeks. The back of a shirt from the Til Valhalla Project says "Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about."
