Carried the cinders over to the pavilion and did WMH, WP, Good mornings, Imperial walkers
The Thang:
Had the board of pain up for an escalator. Do the first exercise, run backwards to the 3rd streetlight, then run back to the cinders. Add the next exercise, run, add the 3rd exercise, run, etc. There was a slight sprinkle, but all were happy to do the exercises outside instead of under the pavilion.
