I never met Dash, he had a bunch of cool stuff that can be used in beatdowns in a storage unit that he no longer wants to pay for. Before leaving the unit, I decided to grab the Q, and put this stuff to good use.

The Thang:
Two of us grabbed the log and did military presses, while the third person flipped the tractor tire. Once we all had a chance to flip the tire, we did curls with the log, and BBSUs with the log.
Then we moved to the sandbags and did a tabata workout. We moved through each station twice:
Curls
Lawnmowers
Squat Thrusters
Snatches
Staying with tabata, but we went back to the tractor tire and did step ups, derkins, and Bulgarian split squats,
Took a lap
Back to the sandbags to hit the following exercises three times:
Bent over rows
Curls
Farmer carry two sandbags
We stowed the gear and moseyed to the pavilion to grab some wall for the People's Donkey Balls, but once again, I flaked on the donkey kicks, so I guess what we did was the people's balls. (Shrug)
