Preamble:
True to the number of HCs, we had 4 mighty PAX show up, with 3 of us prerunning. It wasn't that dang cold, bro. YHC is beginning to think we should rename our region from Cumming to Erectile Dysfunctioning. An intimate 4 was still enough to slay the beast...Warm-O-Rama:

- Calf stretches and Runners stretches
The Thang:
Let's attempt to slay The Beast. To make matters more difficult, this Beast is moving. The Beast is 6 stations, 6 exercises, 6 reps at each station.- 1st shot at the Beast (the punch) - at the goal line 6 merkins, run to the other goal line for 6 merkins, repeato until 6 merkins had been achieved at 6 stations
- 2nd shot (the kick): down to the lower parking lot. Moving up the hill 2 light poles forward (6 prisoner squats), 1 light pole back (6 prisoner squats), repeato until 6 prisoner squats achieved at 6 stations
- 3rd shot (sweep the leg!): traverse over to the bottom of the stairs. Up and down the stairs, with 6 Apollo Ono's at the top and bottom until 6 AOs had been achieved at 6 stations
- 4th shot (knee kick): up the path and along the fence to the baseball field concessions. 6 Bulgarian Split Squats followed by a run up the road to the intersection and back until 6 BSSs had been achieved at 6 stations
- 5th shot (knife in the chest): up to the rock pile. Run with the rock up to the speed bump and do 6 Thrusters then back to the rock pile for 6 more Thrusters. Repeato until 6 Thrusters had been achieved at 6 stations
- 6th and final shot (gut punch): up to the upper field. In the interest of time, back and forth between the goal line and 50 yd line performing 6 LBCs until 6 had been achieved at 6 stations
