Went to the exicon to pull out a few.Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed down to the baseball fields to circle up. SSH, Weed Pickers, Toy Soldiers and Sun Gods. YHC thought it would be a good idea to recite the f3 mission statement but totally fumbled it so here it is.... F3 Mission is to....plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadershipThe Thang:
Moseyed down the path to the stairwell Jacob’s Ladder
Run to top of stairs and do one burpee. Down to the bottom and back up for 2. Rinse and repeat all the way to 7 burpees. Indian run back to the top field.
The Al Carmichael
Start at one end line of football field. For Set 1, the pax sprint to the other end line, do 10 reps of the exercise, then sprint back to the starting point and do 10 more. Do six sets of this, changing the exercise each time. 6 exercises included. (Merkins, Squats, Carolina Dry Docks, Lunges, Plank Jacks, BigBoys)
Had some time left over so did of 1o of each of the exercises in the four corners of the field as we moseyed around.
