Fun with Cindi

Preamble:

Warm-O-Rama:

The Thang:

1. From the bottom of the hill to the top. Partner 1 farmer carried two cinders while partner 2 does five burpees then runs to catch up with the partner who is carrying the cinders.  Each partner takes a cinder and does five shoulder to overhead lifts then they swap roles.
2. Now we are at the top of the hill working our way down through the three playing fields.
   1. On the upper most field, Murder Bunny/Fox Whole.  All PAX line up their cinders on the touch line, center PAX calls the cadence, together to the PAX move forward five murder bunnies then roll to the cinder on the right.  The far right PAX runs around to the left end of the line.  We did this until we reached the opposite touch line.
   2. On the middle field, we formed a circle at mid-field, all pax performed curls and skull crushers while one PAX rifle carried his cinder around the circle.   We did this until every PAX made a lap around the circle.
   3. On the lower most field, we did the Murder Bunny/ Fox Whole, this time we rolled to the left.
3. At the parking lot we did 25 Johnny Dramas
4. Indian run, passing the cinders to the rear as we made our way back to the flag.
