Preamble:

Well it was time to pass the torch at Black Water and today was the day. It has been a pleasure to lead this great AO!  

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the fountain: SSH, Hillbillies, Weed Pickers, Michael Phelps

The Thang:

Mosey to the amphitheater to climb up and down the ladder. 5 Burpees, 10 Mercans, 15 Star Jumps, 20 Flutter Kicks, 25 Plank Jacks: Complete the first exercise then run the small circle around the pond, get back do the first and second exercise and run around the pond, rinse and repeat until you climb up and back down the latter, running the small loop for the first two exercised then the big loop for the last three. Once completed we went to the stairs for some quick DORA-100 BBSU-partner one doing the exercise while partner two runs up the stairs, deposits one burpee then runs back down. Then Indian Run the long way back to the flag. No folks, this one not multiple lines this was easily biggest Indian Run F3 Cumming has ever seen. We had 30 seconds left, so why not complete 10 burpees. YHC heard some grumbling with this one, GOOD!

COT:

Santa Ruck and F3 Cumming Christmas Party was a HUGE success! Thanks to everyone who lead! It was time to pass the flag, thanks for the opportunity to lead fellas, it has been a pleasure. I know for some, it has been a tradition to go into hibernation after passing the flag.....not this guy! Black Water will be in great hands under the leadership of Fauci! This guy has done nothing but accelerate the last 6 months with pre-runs, beatdowns, and OTB runs as well. Keep it up brother!

Thanks for the great turnout today fellas to support the new Site Q. We had a lot of Grindstone regulars who made the trek over....thanks fellas. Lets keep the acceleration going across the region!
