Preamble:

Eagles use the fierce winds of a storm to soar to a higher elevation. At first, he sits perfectly still on a high perch watching the sky as it fills with darkness and as the lightning strikes. He never moves until he feels the burst of the storm and then he dives into the winds, using the storm to carry him even higher. YHC will serve as your Q for Jericho Friday, we are all facing storms in our lives. Some are raging. Some a brewing'. Let's ACCELERATE tomorrow and strengthen ourselves, so we can rise up on eagles wings when storms come! SYITG

The Thang:

We moseyed to the soccer field and lined up on the goal line, introduced the BD, and cranked up the August Runs Red Christmas tunes! We completed the BD the 2x. Movement Start at the GL. Enjoy your burpies. Move to the 10, exercise, move back to the GL  Then, move to the 20, exercise and back to the GL  and increment to the 50. GL >> 10 yard line: bear crawl 10 >> GL: crawl bear 10 >> yard line: sprint (judging by some of the moseys, not sure everyone heard SPRINT!) yard line >> 10: Bernie Sanders Exercises: rep count = yard line; GL: 5 burpies (every time you cross the GL) 10: leg lifts 20: donkey kicks 30: lunges (cc) 40: mountain climbers 50: gorilla squats Moseyed back to the flag where we ate lightning and crapped thunder by doing Rockies. - 3 jabs (cc), 3 upper cuts (cc), 3 combos, 10 BBS.

COT:

Be still and know that I am God. What does it mean to know he is God? The LORD has been shepherding me to TRUST him more. He has shown up where I have released my attempt to control or make something happen. It’s been fun to stress less and trust him more. We prayed for PAX going through struggles since most of us are. Specifically for Durty Nelly and Sweetchuck.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Rockies were performed twice this week: Monday @ Grindstone and Friday @ Jericho.  It’s not a competition, but I observed form and effort of the punches. It revealed a difference between F3 Cumming East and West the two sides. I have to give Jericho the win on points, not a TKO, but definitely more intensity and no patty cake broke out (as I witnessed on Monday). Again, it’s not a competition, just an observation.
