QIC: Ditch Witch

PAX (9): Bucket, Ditch Witch, Fauci, Mantooth, Mr. Hand, Mutumbo, RamRod, Schrute, The Body

Preamble:

The PAX giving me a little Birthday Razzing. Told them laugh now you will pay shortly.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey through the parking lot to said warm up. Circled up for some warm up stretching. SSH, weed pickers, tumble weed, good mornings, maracan night clubs, and 41 over head claps because you know it’s my 41st birthday.

The Thang:

Mosey down to one of my favorite spots in the PHOENIX (pull up bars and dip bars). Partnered up, while partner number 1 was doing 5 pull ups and 15 dips. Partner number 2 was doing 30 merkins. We did 4 rounds of said exercises and we were so close to 141 I said might as well go ahead and complete merkins because you know it’s my 41st birthday. ( PAX we’re supper pumped!) We then Mosed over to the field for a good ole game of ultimate Frisbee. Team 1 (Ditchwitch, Mantooth, Mutobo, Bucket, and the Body) beat team 2 (Fauci, schrute, ramrod,and  Mr Hand) By a sweep 4-0 victory! What a fun time it was and an awesome BD present for my team to carry me to a victory.  After every score the loser had to do leg lunges (10 cumming count) after every score. At the end of the game we celebrated by doing 10 burpees together to re unite the PAX! Moseyed back to the Shovel Flag

COT:

At COT we discussed if anyone wanted to shtick there manhood they could join MABell for the polar plunge coming up soon. Had a great discussion on how blessed we are and that we need to work more on spreading the good word of GOD and how many men in the world need him more than ever.
