Mosey over to the Brokeback Mountain for a tag team relay race…following we headed to horse sh*t creek (drainage for the horse park) grabbed a few rocks and headed to the steeple chase field.
2 rounds carrying your rock around the field. Run to the far side of the field, overhead lunges run back 15 merkins and 15 LBC’s.
2 more rounds carrying your rock around the field. Run to the far side, overhead lunges, run back 15 squats and 15 boxcutters.
The Pax moseyed over to the playground for some peoples chair. While the pax were in peoples chair everyone got a turn doing ten pull ups. It was great having Darth Visor back
The Pax headed back to the flag for a few rounds of ring around the Merry.
