13 showed up for Leg Day. The Q didn’t sleep much the night before as he was afraid of fart sacking for the second time in two weeks. Luckily or Unluckily the Q made it out of the fart sack for some fun (I am wondering if I will be able to walk tomorrow). We welcomed back Transporter as we always love having out of town visitors to push the Pax and FNG MASH. I personally have enjoyed seeing how the Pax has grown in numbers.

The Thang
Mosey over to the Hill for a set of 11’s. Merkins at the top and Squats at the bottom.
The Pax then moseyed over to the field of dreams for some DORA. With a partner 100 Star Jumps, 200 Squats, 300 Lunges.
Stopped over between the fields for a round of ascending testicles. The Q wanted to check out a new exercise and was super impressed with the Pax as they blew through it.
The Pax headed back to the flag for a few rounds of Merry.
