The last of Sally’s Board of Pain

Preamble:

YHC pulled in a little early to get the board of pain ready to go.  Last time for the board of pain we only had 6 guys at the Norseman.  The lowest total in a couple of months.  So when I pulled up and saw it was just Ha-ha and Zohan.  Its it the Nacho Q that isn’t bringing people?  Or is it Sally’s Board?  Well today will be the last day of Sally’s board as she will be going into the dumpster.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick mosey to the back side to the track.  We put the board in place and then headed to the front side of the track for a few SSH’s, Weed pickers, and Hillbillys.

The Thang:

All the way down the board.  10 Burpees and 10 pullups were the theme of the board.  Do an exercise, 10 burpees, exercise, run to the pavilion for 10 pullups.  Rinse and repeat 7 times.  Exercises included but not limited to Merkins, Derkins, SSH’s, Imperial Walkers, Groiners, T-Bombs, Flutters, Smurf Jacks, Peter Parkers, etc.

COT:

Family of Streak (founding member of F3 West Cobb).  He passed suddenly Thursday night.  Prayers for the Fulton County school system as they begin to head back to school.  Prayers for Zohans remodel.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

The board is done.  She should have been retired after the hurricane.
