It was a dark and stormy morning…

Warm-O-Rama:

We scampered over to the pavilion for some warm up exercises:

 

SSH

Weed Pickers

Wind Mills

Finkle swings

 

The Thang:

3 x Exercises for 2 minutes at each station

WW2 Sit-ups

LBC

Dips

Merkins

Step ups

60 second plank after each circuit is complete

 

COT:

We prayed for those traveling, gave thanks for ability to be here this morning, and lifted up those displaced by the war in Europe/Ukraine.
