Good Day for Ducks

Preamble:

It was pouring, but we still preran and it was delightful. Took a trip over to the neighborhood.

Inseam fartsacked

Warm-O-Rama:

We did the usual suspects, SSH, Moroccan nightclubs, weed pickers, and willy mays hays.

The Thang:

Had to audible just a bit because it was pouring and I was planning to take us to all of the different areas of the park. So instead we started with a lap of the track and 5 burpees. Inseam fartsacked, so he did not do a lap of the track, nor did he do 5 burpees.

We then hit the bean, we worked that bean hard. We ran around it stopping at each pavillion doing many marries, merkins, dips, squats, bonnie blairs, but Inseam did not, for he was in his fartsack.

We did 3 or 4 laps of the bean, Inseam…not so much.

COT:

Baskens has a friend with stage 4 colon cancer that could use prayers.

Pray for Inseam and his inability to post to a beatdown which he hard committed to, as well as a prerun which he committed to.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I am deeply concerned with our dear Pax Inseam. He posted on slack last night, hard committing to a beatdown which he then proceeded not to show up to. He was likely in his warm, warm fartsack whilst 10 other men accelerated in the rain. #prayforInseam
