Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot since we had a late comer, then mosey to top parking area. SSH, Windmill, Weedpicker, Forward and Reverse Arm Circles, and World's Greatest Stretch to warm ourselves up.
The Thang:
Board of pain had a tower of exercises. Start with the top exercise and perform 13 reps then mosey around the pond. Next round, start at the top again and ADD on the next exercise, again 13 reps and mosey. Rinse and repeat.
