YHC celebrated three years with a pre run and running for main event.

COT:

Prayers, announcements, etc.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC was humbled by the support for his three year Q. It took two of those years to get really motivated about his health (since maay down 30 pounds and now running 5 plus miles without issue) but these gentlemen never stopped encouraging me to be better than what YHC was. I am truly looking forward to seeing where I am in 3 years from now.
