Warm-O-Rama:
Jog the upper part of the choad in a 3-4 man catch-me-if-you-can where the PAX in the back drops for 3 World's Worst Merkins up and back around to the sadly un-American football field. Once there we circled up for world's worst merkins again, plank jacks, and Abe VigodasThe Thang:
Thang 1 - The Beast 6 stops, 6 reps of an exercise, 6 times - 666, the mark of The Beast. Starting at the back of the goal line, run roughly 1/3 the length of the field to some nondescript line that probably means something in sokker. Real Americans would call it the 30 yard line, do 6 reps of the called exercise, run to the other 30 yard line, do the same, and then to the other goal line for 6 more, run back stopping at the same places, and finishing at the start. Exercises were:- Round 1: Knee Tuck Jumps
- Round 2: Star Jumps
- Round 3: Carolina Dry Docks
- Round 4: Dying Cockroaches
- Round 5: Side Plank Star Crunches
- Round 6: a crowd favorite, Burpees
- Bunny hop both feet to the top, run back down
- Bunny hop right foot only to the top, run back down
- Bunny hop left foot only to the top, run back down
- Repeato the above pattern when it was your turn to run
