PAX (6): Baskins, Hail Mary, Ma Bell, Relient, Shag, Swiper
Preamble:
Q sheet was open so figured I would grab it for some accountability. Just wanted a good workout so ventured over to the iron pax challenge backblasts for some inspiration
Warm-O-Rama:
SSH, Weed Picker, Moroccan Night Club
The Thang:
started interval timer - every 4 minutes throughout the duration of the BD PAX were to stop what they were doing and do 3 burpees
Started with 11s - Merkins on one end, Squats on the other. 30 yards in between. Rotating modes of transportation in between: Bear Crawl, Lunge, Burpee Broad Jump and Run. Repeat until done with 11s.
Super pax finished 11s way earlier than anticipated so mosey over to pavilion for some improvisation.
3 sets of 10 alpha count step ups, 20 dips, 10 alpha count Bulgarian split squats and 10 Mike Tysons.
Popcorn Mary and a mosey around the playground to finish - not without our last 3 burpees
