Preamble:

Using some F3 holiday party gifts (dice and oversized playing cards), QIC had a 12 days of Christmas inspired BD!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to rock pile for a warm-o-Rama.
  • 12 SSHs
  • 12 little baby arm circles (forwards/backwards)
  • 12 Good mornings
  • 12 calf raises
mosey to amphitheater.  

The Thang:

Proceeded to work our way around amphitheater stopping at each set (2)of cards, 12 times for 12 days of Christmas. 1st card was type of workout and 2nd card was number of reps. did the various exercises in accelerated fashion like the 12 days of Christmas. Clubs - Core Spades - Legs Diamonds - Upper body Hearts - cardio Stopped after 8 and at Large Christmas Tree to roll the dice.  Rolled a 10 and took a 10 burpee break.

COT:

6th man was Krystal.  Got to hear a little bit more of his story. prayers for recently departed 18 year old in car wreck from Benny’s hometown. prayers for others who have lost loved ones and this difficult time during the holidays.
