Preamble:

Made a trip to the East Side for a visit. Temps were in the 20s but with the wind it was much colder. Showing up is the hardest part. We had a light turn out of dedicated HIMs!

Warm-O-Rama:

  • Mosey around parking lot
  • Circle Up:
    • 20 SSH
    • 15 Imperial Walkers
    • 20 Moroccan Nightclubs
    • OYO - Michael Phelps
  • End with 5 Burpees

The Thang:

AMRAP - 30 min

  • Run to end zone and back
  • At the station:
    • 20 Merkins
    • 25 Squats
    • 30 Flutter Kicks (4-count)
  • Run back → next round

Circle of Pain 

Circle up in cadence:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Lunges (each leg = 1)
  • 30 Mountain Climbers (4-count)
  • 20 Plank Jacks

Repeat until time is called.

COT:

Gratitude for Health, the Ability to Move and the Support of F3 PAX. Prayers for all of those in Recovery... physically, mentally, and addiction. Prayers for all those with a rough start to 2026 and all those unspoken.
