Firehouse Run

Preamble:

Lightweight posted that he Q'd the last 3 beatdowns at Firehouse and I couldn't let it be number 4. So decided to make the field trip and skip out on Jailbreak.

Warm-O-Rama:

PAX moseyed down to the bottom parking lot for some Weed Pickers, Willie Mays Hayes, SSHs, Good Mornings, Moroccan Night Clubs, and Michael Phelps OYO.

The Thang:

Running was the theme and it started with Mantooth's Merkin Mile. The lap around the bottom lot is .29 miles on footpath, so we adjusted to 3:00 rounds to complete the lap and 20 merkins for 4 rounds.

After that, we moseyed to the coupon pile and tried something new. We each picked out two "decent size" coupons to farmer's carry around the short loop. Whenever a PAX needed to drop their coupons, they had to run around the loop back to where they dropped and finish the loop. YHC was the only one unable to complete a loop without dropping, but I think it was a size problem (TWSS) and not a strength problem...

Next, we worked some abs and did 20 BBS, then ran a lap around the short loop. 15 Crunchy Frogs (CC), then ran a lap around the short loop. 10 American Hammers (CC), then ran a lap. And 5 Box Cutters, then ran a lap.

PAX moseyed back up to the flag for some Mary where each PAX led an exercise: Mantooth - Flutters, Seaman - Some Crab Cake, Crab Walk, Alabama Prom Date Somethin', Lightweight - Back Scratchers (not what you think), Ditch Witch - J-Los.

COT:

Prayers for all the babies/pregnancies and PAX family members who are ill.
