Stayed on the basketball court for a set of Chamberlains

25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 LBC’s, 25 USA Hammers, Suicide (repeat 4x)

Moseyed to the bench for a set of 20 jump ups

30 yards of lunges

Moseyed to bottom of Elkins Hill, 10 burpees run to top 15 big boys (repeat 3x)

30 yards of lunges

Moseyed back to the bench for a set of 20 jump ups, 30 Jack and Jills, and Jump ups till fail

Moseyed back to the flag
