Merry Music Go-Round

Preamble:

A great morning in the gloom! We got up and got it done. No sleeping in like some other summertime partial AO.

Warm-O-Rama:

Everyone gathered to a nice mellow theme music serenade. But at the time to mosey the sounds of Dick Dale screamed out into the darkness! Run up the dark hill behind the tennis courts to the parking lot. Disclaimer recited with special emphasis on being idiots. MIchael Phelps, mountain climbers, twisty stretches, weed pickers, side stretchers and hill billies got us there.  More Dick Dale to escort us to the parking lot by the football field.

The Thang:

Get a partner. Partner A goes balls to the wall while partner B performs, 25 power squats, switch. Next perform 25 diamonds, next 25 stone mountains.

Run to the other end of the parking lot backwards. Count off into ones and twos. Everyone grad a rock coupon. One PAX from each group races the other around the great big circle of cones while jump roping. The other PAX are performing curls, and then swith to bent over rows every time a new pax finishes jump roping the circle switch the exercise.

Once everyone has raced around the circle jump roping one time. Do it again but alternate skull crushers with Romanian dead lift. Third time around alternate monkey humpers with burpees.

(All during this time the music went from Dick Dale to Beyonce style then to 80’s Rock.)

Time to mosey to the playground for roll call pull ups and group merkins in unison! Ended prettyt much on the nose for time. 30 seconds of Mary.
