Merkin followed by burpee pyramid 1-10 and 10-1
For 15 rounds between rounds run up the hill
First 5 hill runs do 10 lunges before running back down the hill
Second 5 10 lateral lunges
Third 5 10 apolo ono
Final 5 no hill runs, 15 ww2 between rounds
Flutter kick until 6 has completed burpee rounds
