While I never skip leg day, this BD focused on the upper body.

The Thang:

Tabata workout:  50 seconds work, 25 seconds rest We do AMRAP - with good form - for 50 seconds, then have 25 seconds to get ready for the next exercise. The exercises:
  1. Chest Press
  2. Goblet Squat
  3. Dips
  4. Curl for the girls
  5. Reverse Crunch
  6. Skull Crusher
  7. Body Builders
After completing each round of exercises, we had a 60 second break.  We completed 4 rounds.
