Preamble:

No pax took the invitation to lead this morning so YHC handled it.  Seaman posted it was a mystery Q but I am not sure how suspenseful it really was.

Warm-O-Rama:

warmed up around the flag doing SSH, WMH, MP, IW & Weedpickers.

The Thang:

Brought some coupons in the form of YBells and ruck plates.  Went to the football field. With 6 pax, it was a good day for dora.  Amrap the exercise while your partner runs to midfield and back. Exercises included: kettlebell swings, curls, snatches, sit-ups, squats, rosalitas, merkins, calf raises.

COT:

Prayers for Ace's procedure and for all those traveling and returning to school this week. Discussed possible upcoming changes for the Firehouse AO to bring it inline with the region's schedule.
