Preamble:

Hushpuppy needed a substi-q so I took the keys. HC’s were a little light last night but it was great to see 7 PAX show up this morning.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey around the parking lot to the area formerly known as the Shaft.

  • Willie Mays Hayes

The Thang:

Collect a coupon and mosey to the small baseball field. PAX were greeted by the Pyramid of Pain. Perform each exercise listed with the corresponding rep count. After each level is complete take a lap around the perimeter of the baseball field.
With some time left on the clock we headed to the picnic tables for some 11’s. Dips on the benches, run up the hill with Flutters at the top.   Closed out time with a couple minutes of Mary.

COT:

  • NC relief efforts take place tomorrow.
  • Save the Date F3 Cumming Christmas Party 12/13.
  • Prayers for our brothers heading to North Carolina and continued prayers for those impacted by Helene.
