Preamble:

Having missed the last two Fridays YHC was ready to return and with a chilly morning upon us  was not sure how many PAX were going to make it out. But as I found out the men of Jericho were ready to roll with the BD and the mumble chatter!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey down to the lower baseball fields parking lot for some SSH, Weed Pickers, Willie Mayes Hayes, Good Mornings, and some Michael Phelps.

The Thang:

Mosey to the center area where the 4 baseball fields come together. 4 branches/sidewalks that break the fields up equals 4 different exercises. 4 exercises where BBSU, Planks Jacks, Crunchy Frogs, and LBS'c. Exercise was completed at the end of the sidewalks and after each exercise you mosey back to the middle and deposit 3 burpees and move CW to the next side walk. We did this for a total of 4 rounds and increasing 5 reps each round. Starting at 10 reps and finishing at 25 reps. Mosey to the hill that is on the back side of the center field of field 5 for some 11's. Squats at the bottom and Mercans at the top. Mosey to the top football field for some 50 yard AYG. Mosey the first 50, AYG the second 50 yards. Completed this 4 times then return to the flag right at 6:15am.

COT:

Prayers for Baskins Aunt Kathy and the family as she is in hospice right now as she is expected to pass any day. Prayers for Pinkman as he navigates the interview process for a VP of Sales role at a different company. Santa Ruck is Saturday December 7th, and the F3 Christmas Part is Friday the 13th.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We had a great turnout, and got better. The mumble chatter and the laughs and the stories were some of the best I have experienced in a while.....and that is saying A LOT!
