The Thang:
Headed to the smaller soccer field for some modified 4-corner escalators. each corner was a different focus to get a full body workout: Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Stability. In between each round we had various modes of transportation (run, Bernie Sanders, High Knees, Bear Crawl).

After that, we found us a new hill while we had a few min to spare. 1 burpee then up the hill for 1 more burpee, back down. Did that all the way to 5 burpees.
Moseyed back to the flag for a quick round of American Hammers while we had a minute to spare.
