PAX (4): 5-way, Ditch Witch, The Body

Preamble:

Slight chill in the air made for a beautiful morning. Shout out to PAX who recognize the BD name which is completely irrelevant to the actual BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

Moseyed around the parking lot. Quick round of SSH, Hillbillies, Weed pickers, & the classic Good Morning.

The Thang:

Headed to the smaller soccer field for some modified 4-corner escalators. each corner was a different focus to get a full body workout: Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, Stability. In between each round we had various modes of transportation (run, Bernie Sanders, High Knees, Bear Crawl). Round 1: 10x wolverine 20x single-leg squard 30x BBS 40 sec plank Round 2: 20x merkin 40x squat 60x flutters 80 sec plank Round 3: 30x hand-release merkin 60x star jump 90x LBCs 120 sec plank After that, we found us a new hill while we had a few min to spare. 1 burpee then up the hill for 1 more burpee, back down. Did that all the way to 5 burpees. Moseyed back to the flag for a quick round of American Hammers while we had a minute to spare.
