A brisk morning in Northern FoCo, and some pax down with the sickness, but a hearty trio of pax braved the cold and were just glad that is was not raining.

The Thang:
As it is 21 days before Christmas, I really leaned into the 21 theme.
I broke out the large dry erase board and had 21 exercises written out, with hash marks beside the name of the exercise.
Simple enough, each pax selects two exercises and wipes away a hash mark for each one, completes 21 reps of the exercise, takes a lap (multiple options to accomodate abilities and goals.)
Repeato
If all hash marks are gone, that exercise may not be completed anymore. As we had 3 pax, and 21 reps per exercise, that was not a problem.
