Preamble:

A callback to my first beatdown - the start of my F3 journey - legs extra warm with nylon breakaway warmups ('swishy' pants) and hands extra cold w/ NO GLOVES.   After all PAX circled up, Q called for all to DROP THEIR GLOVES! Only those suffering from extreme Fauci concocted lab grown conditions were allowed to keep their hand-panties on.

Warm-O-Rama:

Short mosey up the long A parking lot. Circle up for SSH, Hill Billies, WMH, Weedpickers, Good Mornings, and Moroccan Nightclubs

The Thang:

Call back to Inseam's Q... but Ma Bell said 'make it harder'..   She also said that.

Red Borchetta

Sprint to the 100 and back, 75 back, 50 back, 25 back, 10 back. Perform an exercise totaling the yardage number before running back each time AND perform it again (harder). 100SSH, 75 mountain climbers, 50 big boy SU, 25 merkins, 10 burpees. Hands were surprisingly warm.  Crap - how would the PAX know how sucky Day 1 was?

Plank Hurdles race

Split into 2 teams.  Race down the field with a PAX planking every 10 yards.  Hurdle over them and plank at the next open slot.  Each team took a W, tie breaker is in order. The field was warm, likely comfortably nice to rest your hands on.. crap.  

Arms

25 curls, press, skull crushers, row.  Run to deposit a donkey-kick at the lacrosse wall and decrement arms by 5. Crap.. these coupons were cold.. frozen blocks of ice with a grey veneer.. horribly cold.  I want my gloves back.

COT:

Prayers up for Tsunami's mom, Noodles job, Snowman's upcoming conference.  Praises for the daily wins in sobriety and for new PRs (10K for Fishing Pole!!).

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Picked up a new angle to leadership recently.  Let those in your group experiment and express themselves as long as it aligns with the groups principles and values.   Leadership will help clean up any messes.  Less control, more freedom, and using the leaderships positions to serve, encourage, clean up, and send off once again.   Let's practice this in our region with new endeavors spawning off.  So that we can do it well in our homes and workplaces.
