The Thang:

Mosey through three stations.  Each station had four exercises, one minute each: upper body, lower body, abs, cardio
  • merkins/decline dry docks/hand release merkins
  • squats/half captain morgans/no surrenders
  • LBC’s/flutter kicks/freddy mercury’s
  • SSH/hillbilly walkers/high knees
Intermission for a 10-Minute Drill (ten sprints uphill, EMOM) Mary:  Round the World Crunches

COT:

Ant Hill’s M about to deliver their 5th baby! Some specific health related concerns for several pax or family members.
