The Thang:

Mosey around the track stopping at various points
  • 5 burpees by the flag
  • 5 thruster by the coupon pile
  • 5 mountain climbers - alpha by the brick pillar
  • 5 box jumps in the stands
  • 5 calf raises in the stands.
  • Repeat cycle adding 5 reps after each round.
We made it to around 35-40 reps before we moved on.
  • We ended with 120 calf raises, 51 4-count flutters, and 13 burpees.
