YHC couldn’t miss the chance to Q during a Full ‘Beaver’ Moon plus the heavy toys at home have been collecting too much dust in the gym.. so they had to come out to play.Warm-O-Rama:
Jog down to bottom fields for 10 weedpickers 10 copperhead merkins 10 lunges each leg 10 inchworms 10 Willie mays hays 10 Moroccan night clubs 10 sun gods Jog up to top field.The Thang:
Partner up. Was supposed to be AMRAP but your Q completely flubbed the amount of time it would take to do two rounds of each exercise at each station
Scissor kicks while other does Bear crawl to 30 and back or KB swing 50lb
Mtn climbers while other does LIGHT Farmer carry to 50 yard line. 40 or 55lb dumbbells
Increase speed of jog to 50 then Sprint to other goal line (100 yds) and back while other does Air squat
Plank jacks while other does HEAVY Farmer carry to 50 yd line - 75 or 60 lb dumbbells
100lb Sandbag to 30 yard line in racked position or over shoulder(s) while other does Plank or KB swing with 35 lb kettlebell
Burpee while other Lunges to 25 yard line and back
Wheel barrow to 50 yard line with partner. Switch on way back. Bear crawl to 30 yard line if you’re solo like me.
Jog to 50 increasing your speed along the way then sprint to far goal line - 100 yards. Do the same back. Partner does Air squats
