I had a workout planned for the field using cinders, but driving rain and wind influenced me to move the party under the pavilion, so we did a tabata workout, 53 seconds work, 20 seconds rest and make ready for the next exercise.
Various exercises working the arms, legs, and abs, using cinders for most of them.
Ended with the People's donkey balls to the wall.
