Dry at the Parking Deck

Preamble:
Mr. Hand text me yesterday asking if I would switch weeks with him since he was feeling under the weather. I think the weather forecast probably kept him "sick" a little longer. Anyways, with rain looking like a promise, I adjusted my ideas to incorporate them in the parking deck.Warm-O-Rama:
PAX moseyed to the dead end corner of the parking deck and circled up for some SSH, Good Mornings, Weed Pickers, Willy Mays Hayes, Moroccan Night Clubs, and Michael Phelps OYO. Instructions for the BeatDown were given.The Thang:
First up, Mantooth's Merkin Mile (modified). For those who have not experienced it, Mantooth's Merkin Mile (M3) is 4 rounds of a 400m run followed by 15 merkins. PAX have 2:30 minutes to complete each round for a total of 1 mile, 60 merkins, in 10 minutes. Being in the parking deck, we modified for what the 400m run would be. Starting at the dead end corner, PAX ran to the floor above us and performed 15 merkins (25 for those wanting extra credit). With lots of time remaining after this first trip, we modified to do a down and back from the top of the ramp to the dead end, and back to the top of the ramp. This was a good adjustment! After M3, we moseyed to the bottom of the ramp to work some abs. PAX performed 3 rounds of 10 crunchy frogs at the bottom, sprinted the ramp to the top and performed 20 American Hammers (Cumming count), then moseyed back down the ramp and planked for the 6. Next, we partnered up for some good ole DORA. 100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBCs while one partner ran up the ramp and back down to tag their partner in. We had about 3 minutes remaining after DORA, so we performed some MARY including Wolverines, Freddie Mercury, Superman, and Burpees until time was called.COT:
