Last minute Q grab; turned up with something that focused on the whole body, and involved a lot of running. 

Warm-O-Rama:

Warmup -

  1. Side straddle hops
  2. Weed pickers
  3. Moroccan night clubs

The Thang:

4 rounds - 4 different exercises - 45 mins total

Round 1 - 10 mins

1.) Burpee to board jumps

2.) Run/Jog around the block

3.) Merkins - 20

4.) Repeat

Round 2 - 10 mins

1.) Bear Crawl

2.) Run/Jog around the block

3.) Squats - 20

4.) Repeat

Round 3 - 10 mins

1.) Bonnie Blair 10 (Cumming Count)

2.) Run/Jog around the block

3.) Single leg RDLs - 10

4.) Repeat

Round 4 - Remaining time

1.)  Abs - each person pick one (literally everyone got one turn before it was time!)

COT:

Focus on Consistency, Gratitude: As we get deeper into the year, the focus needs to be on gratitude for being able to turn up and the time with friends, family and brothers of F3.
